If the product you have purchased from us via our online shop is faulty, you are entitled to a refund including shipping within 30 days of receipt of delivery.
Please note that all items purchased from the online pre-order stores are custom made and your order cannot be altered in any way once the order window has closed. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on any pre-order and/or personalised items. Please check the size guide to ensure you are ordering the correct size.
Pre-order items will take approximately 6 weeks to manufacture, and approximately another week to ship to you. Please factor this in when placing your orders.
Change of mind for stock items
Paladin will exchange items which are the wrong size, and which have been purchased from an online stock store. All clearance item sales are final and no returns will be accepted unless faulty. Return postage to our warehouse is to be paid by the purchaser and items must be sent back:
- With tags still attached
- In original, undamaged packaging
- In original condition, unworn and unwashed.
- Please download, print and include this form with your return
This policy applies to our online customers only.
Please allow up to 7 days from date of return, for your refund to be processed.
All refunds will be processed through a secure payment gateway and via the original method of payment. It can take an additional 1-2 days for the refund to be made into your account by your financial institution. You will receive an email notification as soon as your refund has been completed.
We will refund the original cost of shipping where the goods are faulty or incorrectly sent.
Our Returns Policy is in addition to your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Law.
